Is CRM Sidebar really free with Agency Pro?
Yes. If your agency is on The Marketer's Toolkit Agency Pro or a higher plan, CRM Sidebar is included in your membership and you don't pay anything extra for it. See the Toolkit plans.
How does it know my agency is on Agency Pro?
When you open CRM Sidebar from your agency's CRM, it looks up that agency in The Marketer's Toolkit. If it's the main agency on an Agency Pro or higher membership, CRM Sidebar skips checkout and lets you in. If your Toolkit account has more than one agency, only the main one is covered.
What if I'm not a Toolkit member?
Start a 7-day free trial. After that it's $10 a month for each connected CRM account. Each CRM account gets one trial, and you won't be charged if you cancel before day 8.
Does CRM Sidebar replace the CRM?
No. It covers the everyday work. The full CRM is still there for everything else.
Can I use it outside Gmail?
Yes. It's a Chrome side panel, so it stays open while you work in other tabs. You can also install it from Chrome as a desktop app.
Does it sync my whole Gmail inbox?
No. You pick which messages and threads go to the CRM.
Is there a phone app?
Not yet. Mobile apps and Windows and Mac desktop apps are in the works. For now, use the Chrome side panel or the Chrome desktop app.
